Hello.

I'm an American essayist based in London. I write about work, gender, politics, and other curiosities of the world we live in.

I grew up in Idaho, studied at Stanford and Oxford, and have lived in New York, Washington DC, and Besançon, France.

I believe that every story has something to teach us.

In my non-literary life, I'm the Chief of Staff at Eigen Technologies, a startup focused on Document AI.

I know I am solid and sound,
To me the converging objects of the universe perpetually flow,
All are written to me, and I must get what the writing means.
